1. Introduction
Welcome to Growth Camber. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
2. The Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data: includes email address and telephone numbers.
- Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version.
- Profile Data: includes your assessment results, career matches, roadmap progress, and journal entries.
- Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website and services.
3. Assessment & Journal Data
Specific to Growth Camber, we process sensitive career and reflection data. This data is used solely to generate your personalized reports and roadmap. Your journal entries are private by default and encrypted at rest. AI processing of your data is performed to provide insights and is not used to train global models without your explicit consent.
4. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by SumoPod. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers. SumoPod provides us with unique transaction identifiers and subscription status updates.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction, request erasure, or object to processing. You can manage your data directly through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
6. Free discovery tools
The /discover tools privately store confirmed profiles, answers, results, and plan progress. PDF imports are processed without retaining the original file. These four tools use calculations and templates without sending answers to an AI model. A session cookie lets you continue without an account. Guest access lasts 7 days; creating a public link extends session retention to at least 30 days. Sessions saved to an account remain until deleted. Expired data is scheduled for cleanup.
Only an explicitly approved summary is published for 30 days. Comparator names, detailed answers, and private notes are excluded. Revoke links or delete a session through History and privacy. Copies downloaded by others cannot be recalled. We record feature activity and creator codes to understand usage, retaining activity records for up to 90 days. Deleting a session removes its link to those activity records.
